Volunteers are essential in fulfilling and expanding Twin-City Outreach mission to make the connections that Washington families need to be healthy. Through our partnership with volunteers we are able to expand and diversify the population we serve. In order to fully appreciate and recognize our volunteers, we are committed to honoring the time our volunteers donate by: Providing fun, effective and engaging to serve the community
