NEW SUMMER PROGRAMS
We have now added a new program that integrates outdoor experiential learning, character development, values-based leadership development, social justice advocacy, and peer mentoring. This new program will use outdoor adventure activities and six core values of courage, discipline, integrity, wisdom, compassion, and humility. It is time for kids to understand and see how nature works.
Core Values of TCO
Courage – Helping kids to achieve difficult tangible obstacles.
Discipline – Teaching kids how to listen and map out their dreams and make them reality.
Integrity – Showing kids what it means to respect others without a reward.
Wisdom – Teaching kids how to make right choices by accepting advice from others.
Humility – Showing kids how to improve by being humble.
Compassion – Teaching kids how to understand other people feelings.
These core values are truly a life-changing experience program for the youths and an incentive for them to improve and excel because they know that their ability to participate in this activity to improve their self-esteem and self-confidence because even though it was hard at first, they learned that you keep on trying and that failing one time does not make you a failure.
